Overseeing project management at Rezcomm working with clients to deliver their ecommerce projects efficiently, on time and on budget- 30 projects delivered to date, including new installs, version upgrades, essential operational projects (e.g. new integrations) and bespoke developments- 4 products which are now part of Rezcomm's marketplace- Optimising delivery plans - simplifying it from over 120 action points to 47, spread over 7 areas and 4 project stages- Establishing efficient internal and external processes resulting in improved client communication through Rezcomm's supportdesk, knowledgebase and training delivery- Implementing account management structures to connect clients from project delivery and general support to excelling at ecommerce and growing into Rezcomm's products- Martech integrations like Hubspot for Rezcomm and development of new processes for the communications team connecting strategy with tactics and actions- Module design in Rezcomm's Hub migrating critical business tools and improving team output and delivery

I have had the opportunity to work in different settings and with different people over this period of time. It was not a planned season of my life, but I had space to develop new skills and figure out what my next step would be.- team work and leading teams under pressure and during busy times- managing customers and dealing with their specific needs and comments- training staff and teaching coffee making- ...I found my passion for coffee, small businesses and eventually digital media during this time.

During my time at Isca I was responsible for mentoring and discipling young people within the church and wider community. Project management, event organisation and the day to day running of the projects were my main responsibilities. I worked in schools across the city, organised youth weekends away and met up with young people to check on them and spend quality time with them. I enjoyed my time in this community and have taken a lot away from it.
