Responsible for enterprise recruiting execution and strategy for executive hiring in all of Liberty’s Finance, Actuarial, Data Science & Advanced Analytics functions. Activities include sourcing, identifying, pre-screening/qualifying, interviewing, negotiating and closing candidates.

Full lifecycle recruiting for all levels of hires in Liberty’s Technology function including all specialty areas.

• Manage and lead KPMG’s Boston office college recruitment efforts from top tier local colleges and universities, as well as some advanced degree hires• Responsible for all Associate and some Sr. Associate positions within Audit, Tax & Advisory practices in Boston• Manage local recruiting budget for both headcount and monetary needs; provide data analysis and statistics to support direction and strategy for campus recruiting initiatives• Manage team of Recruiters and seasonal Interns; facilitate and determine goals, performance management and mentor process• Build strong relationships with Partners, Sr. Managers and Staff to understand and maintain staffing needs• Develop collaborative ideas to provide practices with a creative and innovative approach to campus recruitment• Lead all in-house recruiting events, and maintain communication with management about candidates’ status

• Promoted to program manager after 18 months • Manage and lead Fidelity Management & Research Co.’s undergraduate recruitment efforts from top tier US colleges and universities, as well as some experienced hires, for highly selective and elite positions within Global Equity, High Yield & Fixed Income divisions• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and senior investment professionals to understand staffing needs, and provide consultative approach to the work. • Cultivate relationships with school career services offices, faculty, students, alumni and professional student organizations and recruiting networks in order to access the best undergraduate talent for the investment management companies at Fidelity• Responsible for providing data analysis and metrics to support direction and strategy for campus recruiting efforts, as well as participate in all marketing and branding initiatives.• Participate in annual selection of target schools and lead the process for undergraduate campuses to source top talent.• Provide 2,500+ pre-screened resumes and interview 350+ students for hiring managers based on campus visits • Lead outreach activities, on-campus and in-house recruiting events, and maintain communication with management about candidates’ status• Oversee Campus Recruiting Coordinators• Travel as required throughout college recruitment cycle (30-50%)

• Coordinate logistics of Fidelity Orientation including: overall schedule, presentations, catering, equipment, documentation, travel arrangements and access• Manage Campus Investment Recruiting team ad campaigns & generate and design invitations, presentation materials, brochures, posters, responses and details of multiple internal and external recruiting events• Schedule both on-campus recruiting dates and interviews with internal and external contacts• Positively and enthusiastically interact with a high volume and wide range of investment professional candidates• Gather, screen and disseminate resumes for Managing Director of Research review• Serve as main student contact for all in-house special events

• Primary administrative support to Senior Vice President and Director of High Income Trading at FMRCo.• Secondary support to Portfolio Managers, Research Analysts and Associates• Assist on special department projects assigned by Managing Directors of Research
