Professional Experience: In the winter of 2014, I started my own company. I had a passion for performing arts, specifically fire performance, and decided to pursue my dreams. While still focusing on school, I had kept my business open and having throughout the year. My company provided LED and fire performance, as well as Henna services. I achieved my educational goals of obtaining my bachelor's degree at CSU for Organization and Innovation Management. I was able to graduate with Honors (Magna Cum Laude).After graduation, I started at Vertafore in a Customer Support Specialist role, which involved analyzing and troubleshooting customer issues every day. I was on the Subject Matter Expert track for their flagship product. I transitioned into development with a QA Analyst I role on their flagship product. Within Vertafore, I moved to a new, more modern product and a QA Analyst II role.At the start of 2020, I moved to Ombud as a QA Engineer. In this role, I helped introduce a new test plan process and helped to improve quality. I am now taking on release manager responsibilities and am on track to start more automation focused initiatives.
