I acted as the sysadmin for the districts use of Illuminate Education's eduCLIMBER platform for visualizing attendance, behavior, and assessment data. I responded to software related help requests via Incident IQ ticketing system, email or zoom meetings and patiently walked individuals through troubleshooting tasks. I worked closely with internal partners and communicated district data needs to external software vendors. I generated custom data reports using SQL for departmental data analysis.

I spent one semester being a grader for an Introduction to Computer Science class taught in Java where I evaluated and debugged Java code based on the presence of style, compile-time and logical errors for 25 students. This led me to become a course tutor, which is what I do currently. In this role, I hold weekly drop in tutoring hours for students in the Introduction to Computer Science or Data Structures classes. This includes explaining topics such as object oriented programming and sorting and searching algorithms of various data structures.
