In my decade plus of working with her and getting to know her I have been astounded by her boundless energy, intellect, creativity and resourcefulness. So much so that I began calling her Superwoman a few years after meeting her. She can accomplish anything she sets her mind to. When she can't do something herself, she is great at finding the right talent for the right job. She is an excellent and fearless collaborator. In addition to Jitterbug Vipers, her ongoing work in Kaliyo with Andrea Perry continues to see great success world-wide with song placements in all platforms of media. Ms. Sharp has also been very involved in philanthropic work in Austin such as being part of the Groundwork Music Project, Capital Area Food Bank and others. Her involvement during South By Southwest with her Berklee College of Music Alumni and during the Austin Film Festival are part of her annual involvement in our great community as well. Her latest band is a joy to hear and has the venerable Mitch Watkins on guitar. As if this doesn't take up all of her time, she still occasionally offers voice instruction.
