• Responsible for writing and organizing sales proposals for a global organization to increase revenues.• Collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand how all aspects of the business operate.• Manage multiple proposal projects simultaneously including writing responses, managing deadlines, and ensuring company compliance. • Organize and manage standard responses in a global database for usage in a variety of marketing materials. • Actively participate in industry training in order to better identify customer needs and create compelling proposals. • Write copy for company communications, such as internal announcements, advertisements, and database entries. • Active member of an international leadership group tasked with creating proposal improvements to unite multiple proposal teams throughout the global organization.

• Managed a four-person proposal team, which included hiring, training, performance/goal management, etc. • Conducted weekly team meetings to discuss new product features, trends in the training industry, and team achievements. • Developed and promoted new ideas for customized proposal responses, which improved the team’s win-rate from a six-year average of 16% to 25% in 2008. • Maintained database of company information used in responses to ensure accuracy.• Developed and supported cross-departmental relationships.• Continued involvement in daily proposal writing/coordination activities.
