I also orchestrated the establishment of standard operating procedures and launch of a learning management system for internal staff, membership, and the general public.➥ Delivered $88M increase in emergency service for the state fiscal year 2020 by advocating on behalf of association behavioral health membership with state and federal policymakers.➥ Supported organization growth and development by increasing budget by $2.5M, raising membership levels to an all-time high. ➥ Conducted two statewide conferences annually and targeted regional professional development opportunities that translate complex policy and health regulation to day-to-day operations.
