The Partnerships team at Sprout oversees and nurtures Sprout's official relationships with integration and marketing partners including Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, and more. I help guide teams to manage the strategy and relationships with our partners in a product, marketing, and sales enablement capacity. I work closely with internal and external product, legal, compliance, marketing, sales and success teams to align priorities and uncover opportunities for innovation that brings value to both Sprout and our strategic partners.

The platform was jointly developed with our partner and heavily integrated with their systems. This required extensive collaboration between the partner project teams and our internal teams. I assisted with authoring contract language, partner relationship management, internal and external communication artifacts, managing joint dependencies, gathering and negotiating requirements, and I coordinated development, testing, and partner rollout.

I mentored new employees and created individual training plans.

As a student mentor, I supported incoming Freshman as they made their transition from high school to college by creating lesson plans and activities centered around getting involved in our local community. The class was specifically focused on the study of urban farming and sustainability, and a portion of their final grade was based on my evaluations and assignments.
