Sansa Advisors works with entrepreneurs and companies to create value throughout the M&A process via corporate positioning, product strategy, value maximization, deal structuring, market analysis, and post-transaction financial planning. At Sansa, I worked on competitive analysis and market research for projects in the networking hardware and biotechnology industries.

I supported the legislative affairs team in the Washington DC office. My responsibilities included monitoring congressional hearings relevant to the telecommunications industry, preparing summarizing materials based on legislative priorities, assisting with on site logistics at Comcast corporate events, and analyzing government related budget materials.

As an intern in the Office of Presidential Correspondence, I spent a majority of my time working in the Comment Line where I managed a team of over 20 volunteers, while fielding phone calls from the American Public with messages for the Office of the President. Additionally, I prepared analytical reports of specific issue areas combining aggregate call and email data which was distributed to various offices in the White House. I also developed crisis management experience liasing with consituents and law enforcement in phone and email scenarios.

For 8 months, I worked in the Greetings Department within the Office of Presidential Correspondence, screening incoming letters, birth announcements, and invitations to provide acknowledgements to the American public on behalf of the President and First Lady. I utilized Salesforce to data enter greetings requests and facilitate the timely processing of responses. Additionally, I selected pieces of correspondence that were chosen as part of the 10 Letters a Day read by President Obama.

My primary responsibility was mentoring a weekly class of 23 first year business students, alongside a GWSB faculty member. I coordinated weekly with staff and academic advisors to develop lesson plans and facilitate a variety of discussions and activities related to professional development, strengths, diversity & leadership. I also led a class of students to trainings and site visits for the nationwide program Lemonade Day, where DC youth are educated about social entrepreneurship.

I worked alongside a team of estate events staff, responding quickly to guest and client requests during weddings, meetings, and gatherings. I collaborated with banquet managers to coordinate on site guest service during signature events such as Auction Napa Valley and Festival de Sole. I also assisted high profile clientele to ensure constant satisfaction throughout their experience on property.

Palo Alto, California

I worked on the sales team at Pressed Juicery Stanford to market and educate customers on juices and cleanses offered in the store. While working at Stanford, I assisted in the product launch of the very first Press Juicery Freeze location, which has now experienced successful launches at locations nationwide.

Sand Hill Road

I worked alongside a lean team consisting of the founders and engineers of Chalk Schools, in its early start up phase. I assisted with customer outreach, cold calls, and drafting communication materials to reach potential clients. Additionally, I supplied feedback on site layout and design, to help enhance the user interface and utility of the product.

San Jose, Ca

During my internship, I assisted the Congressman's staff team with various re-election efforts, such as cold calling, mailing campaign flyers, and researching data from the FEC database. I also assisted at various campaign events such as political fundraisers, parades, and meetings with the Congressman throughout the summer season.
