As a member of Bain’s global Strategy practice team, I am responsible for commercialization and IP development for our disruption-driven Strategy product and point of view (Future Back Strategy), including product management responsibilities for our “Future Back Explorer” software.

LAUNCH is an elite startup accelerator designed to transform early stage startups into fundable companies. Responsible for leading the 20-person executive team in recruiting startups, running the three month program, holding key events including our demo day, publicity, and fundraising.

Managing Relay Foods' central marketing function, including brand management, customer insights and analytics, communications, design and photography. Providing strategic direction for company-wide marketing initiatives, building a better understanding of the company's customer base to support tactical execution.

Guided development of Relay Foods' Merchandising function from a team of two part-time employees to a fully-functioning department critical to the business' success. Oversaw partnerships with national distributors and small local producers; envisioned and executed product marketing plans and improvements to on-site visual merchandising; led and coordinated milestone transitions including shift from store-based product sourcing to entire reliance on distributor-based sourcing.
