1. Cards Management System – Canara Bank, Bengaluru Worked as a Project Director with M/s Intellect Design Arena Limited (as a Consultant) from 28th July 2021 to 31st July 2024 for the Cards (Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Prepaid – Domestic cards) Management System Significantly contributed in stabilising the business processes in the overall Credit Cards Lifecycle – from issuance, activation, payments, Billing to NPA management. This has resulted in bringing down the customer complaints to a great extent. Setup and managed the overall managed services part (Cards management system has been setup in Opex model) along with the Engineering/delivery teams. Redesigned a few of the most critical business processes to ensure adherence to SLAs and also to avoid Penalties (both Liquidated damages and Indemnity related) Implemented the RBI Master directions to ensure 100% compliance and in the process, Canara Bank became one of the first PSU banks to ensure adherence to RBI master directions. Managing a team of 25 people including managed services and delivery / engineering. Generated a revenue of USD 2 million for FY 2023-24 with an additional revenue of USD 200k through Change requests.  Worked with external 3rd party agencies in ensuring compliance with PCI DSS certification standards  Successfully renegotiated commercial terms of the contract with the Bank.

I have retired from full time employment with Sonali Intellect/Intellect Design Arena Limited wef 1st March 2020 as Executive Vice President.

In my current role I am responsible for both Product Engineering, implementation, end-to-end operations and delivery functions. Overseeing/Guiding two very large Core banking implementations that includes complete product fitment, customisation, end user training and solution delivery/roll out with a team size of 70 people.I am instrumental in setting up the JV entity - Sonali Polaris FT Limited in Dhaka. I have Setup the complete team including on boarding and enabling the leadership team at CXO level.

- Managed an extremely large Banking and Financial services and Healthcare customer. Provided complete Product engineering services for the Core Banking and Treasury Capital Markets products. Managed a team of 70 people.

Moved as Vice President to manage the KPO part of Symphony Marketing Solutions' Global Content Operations Responsible for end-to-end Content management function for the world's second largest Marketing Analytics company in the CPG and retail space. Managed a team of 480 people including 100+ strong European language (French, German, Italian, Spanish) speakers.Managed and guided several six sigma project initiatives to drive efficiency, productivity and quality objectives of the groupInstrumental in stabilizing the content delivery process to a significant extent both on people and preocess fronts.

- Helped in successfully setting up a global operating center for the world's second largest marketing analytics company. - Grew the team to a size of 180 people over a two and half year period with disparate technology combinations. - Successfully delivered 3 major products aimed at addressing major pain points of the retail industry- Created a strong second line of managers and handled the succession planning aspects quite effectively

Managed part of MIS function for Agri Businesses Division (ABD) of ITC limited, Hyderabad. Involved in development and deployment of several hjigh valued projects for ABD. Significant contributions include design, development, and delivery of Trading, Brand marketing, Payroll, Fixed Assets, Foreign Exchange systems. Worked in UK for over a year with clients like Guilford Europe, 3i PLC. Revamped completely Guilford Europe (Automotive upholstery manufacturer) their Unix based ERP system in 6 months time and handed the system back to client after stabilizing the software. I consider this assignment one of my major achievements in my career so far. Received lot of client appreciation for my contribution and efforts.Worked with 3i PLC for 6 months on three different occasions to develop a gateway in Unix/C to transfer data from a legacy database (Unify) to Oracle 7.x running on HP-Unix. Received "Outstanding contribution" award from client
