As a Teach For Inda Fellow, I have;- Fostered personal and social leadership skills in 30 low-income students by creating a safe and engaging learning environment.- Fostered strong partnerships with parents and the community through active communication and frequent community outreach leading to above 90% Average attendance.- Attained average classroom maths mastery of 65%. from 25% by providing differentiated instructions and individualized support.- Accelerated reading growth for 67% of students, bridging the gap to their grade level by creating peer learning opportunities and providing Individualised support.

As a Fellow buddy, I conceptualized, planned and facilitated induction sessions for new recruits at Teach for India as a Fellow Mentor.

Mentored 2 Global Citizen youth fellow to ensuring their smooth learning process and helping them In designing their projects for successful completion of fellowship.

During this internship, I worked on;- Assessed the impact of the government's support schemes through comprehensive surveys and analysis of data from 60 farmer families.- Assisted in launching a Women's Social Enterprise in partnership with a self-help group of 14 women, aimed at producing and selling sanitary napkins while promoting menstrual hygiene awareness.- Spearheaded survey and data analysis to identify market needs, leading to the launch of a successful Vegetable Value Chain Project benefiting 100+ farmer families.
