Supporting new product launch (2016 Lincoln MKX) as a system engineer. Identifying, investigating, tracking, and communicating quality concerns in body shop as they are identified during the launch process. Creating and managing a communication process between suppliers, the plant, and the launch team to ensure all parts are available where and when they are needed for each prototype build with the correct part pedigree and quality expectation.

Managing and improving the day-to-day operations of my Fulfillment Center Receive Department with approximately 80 direct reports and as many as 165 associates on one shift. Making real-time data driven staffing and operational decisions to meet productivity goals and satisfy all upstream and downstream customers’ needs. Tracking and prioritizing all incoming freight. Ensuring minimal, but still constantly available, buffers of work. Developing two process assistants to drive productivity and quality in their areas while working toward their career goals. Working to improve 5S standards every week. Assisting and training others in creating Excel tools, utilizing VBA, to better manage all areas of the facility.

Founded and captained the Purdue University IEEE ROV Team which competes in the annual MATE ROV competition. The team placed 5th internationally in 2009, 4th in 2010, 2nd for 2011, and 2nd for 2012. The team continues to thrive to this day.
