• Directed a team of SAP project managers responsible for multiple projects and standing up a professional services PMO. * Led Program Office and advised project management team on all projects• Set up all SDLC, ASAP and Agile processes by working with company stakeholders to establish standard implementation process templates and documentation, • Managed two SAP GTS/SCE (GTS/SCE) System efforts deployed to facilities internationally in the Semiconductor and Pharmaceutical industries.

Created the EPMO from ground up, supporting IT PMO Director, implementing processes and standards across the enterprise during a rapid period of expansion, implementing SDLC and Agile Methodologies, and process around Program Alignment,Assurance, Finance, Governance, Integration, Infrastructure, Improvement Planning , and communications. PMO grew from 4 people (2006) to 45 people (2013).
