Managed all aspects of assembly and repair of Interscan's fixed, single area monitoring systems. • Hand assembled over 300 gas detection instruments from small tabletop devices to free standing enclosures. Process included soldering, wire routing/termination, sheetmetal machining and installation of pneumatic valves, pumps and fittings.• Assembled and tested over 500 printed circuit boards using through hole soldering.• Performed setup, calibration and first level QC of all assembled instruments.• Completed troubleshooting & repair of over 100 instruments.• Generated over 200 sheetmetal drawings, wiring diagrams and dimensional drawings using AutoCad.
