Responsibilities included monitoring the sales persons’ daily work plans, setting appointments, following up on prospective clients, and training. The focus is “Customer First” and we trained daily on how to take care of a customer properly. We averaged over 120 new and 80 used units at $2750-$3000 per unit retail.

nternet Director / Pre Owned Director / Website Administrator 2008-2011Created a department with the guideline directive from Sonic Automotive to create, develop and maintain business, both new and current. New business avenues included 3 revamped websites, a comprehensive lead delivery system, and a transparent business model with straight line management. Partnered with www.AskPatty.com and with The Cobalt group for additional lead management services. Created a retention program to allow current customer base to have access to automated systems for service and sales questions, as well as a one on one live chat option for customers on our main page. Managed the number one Pre Owned department in Volkswagen in the Southwest region for 19 months. My team achieved 9 record setting months out of a 19 month period and earned the coveted Sonic Boom award (Sonic Automotive) for the introduction of a completely Spanish website for the stores that would interact with our ever growing Spanish clientele.
