My role as National Service Director was to work with new and existing national customers with a primary focus on asset roof management. I customized our services and documented them to meet the needs, requirements and expectations of customers. In order to meet customers’ needs, requirements, and expectations, I put a training program together for a standardization of services for all field offices. My role was not only to train but to, review, investigate, analyze and evaluate performance to ensure compliance. This training assured that the customers would receive the same performance and deliverables, no matter the location in the country.

As a Contracting Officer Representative (COR), I had my hand in helping write the Roof Requirements Contract, providing roofing technical advice and being be part of the selection board for contractors for Ft. Myer, Henderson Hall, Ft. McNair and Arlington Cemetery. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, I was responsible for meeting base customers and determining their needs. My role, was to determine urgency and come up with a Independent Government Estimate (IGE) and Scope of Work for roofing and certain civil engineering work throughout bases. I scheduled, reviewed, and investigated to assure contractors compliance with OSHA, contract and manufacturer compliance.
