This includes all temporary and on-call employees as well as regular full and part-time employees.• Formulates teaching outlines in conformance with selected instructional methods. May use standardized tools such as those developed by OPWDD. Works as a team member with other staff trainers throughout the agency to ensure continuity of training material when and if appropriate.
