As General Manager, Structured Finance and Custody, for Corporate Trust services, I am primarily responsible for the administration and growth of Computershare’s structured finance and custody products such as the NHA MBS program and other Asset-Backed Securities. I also manage the national trust investments team and a bond administration team which administer trust and agency mandates for Ontario-based clients. I have helped clients with:- structured finance transactions- large scale P3/infrastructure projects- public and private debt issuances- custodial transactions including mortgages, credit card receivables and auto loans- covered bond issuances- directorships- defaults and restructurings related to debtI have been working in the financial services industry for over 15 years.
