On October 13th 1993, I accepted a position at Louisiana Pacific ( formally Abibiti Price) for a Manufacturing Helper . After a long and rewarding career of 26+ years, My position of shift leader, with 12 men and 2 MFG lines came to an end, as the department was shut down. Through the years so many Industry and life lessons was learned. My general schedule was 3 on 3 off. My family has always be in the Construction/ Tradesman work so I was eager to work and learn as much as possible in this field while surprisingly learning the similarities and skills that both jobs had in common. One day while working on a addition to a home I had an idea of starting something new and exciting. While still have my position of shift leader at LP, I started my own business. On April 2013 I started Mean-on-Dirt, Exterior house washing became my LLC. Once my career at LP came to an end on May of 2020, I started handyman services with the house washing. While washing homes I was always looking for issues around the home that most home owners had not seen or couldn't get someone to fix, so this was a no brainier. As this was a great idea, the exterior washing side of the business is seasonal. So in December 2020 joined my son's business as a Supervisor for ( Rock Solid Construction of the Foothills) With the years of Supervisor training,several certificates from LP and owning my own business this was a pretty easy fit.
