Interface with executive leadership and key stakeholders within the business to effectively drive global service strategies by ensuring vendor relationships are created for key resource categories in all regions. Participate in contractual amendments, interfacing with Supply Chain, Legal and Business teams. Interface with HR, Supply Chain and Business teams to manage all contracted labor for Global Services including agency contractors, outside service providers and professional service contractors. Manage procurement of all hardware, software and services for the business unit. Responsible for part number creation including ensuring proper import and export compliance. Participate in RFP responses working with Product Line Managers, Program Management and Sales.

Manage daily operations of North American Telecommunications System Integration programs. Develop, negotiate and manage commercial agreements with customers, software vendors, product manufacturers, distributors and professional services providers. Participate in contractual amendments to existing agreements, including but not limited to Software License Agreements and Maintenance, Hardware Maintenance, Labor terms and Rates, Transportation and Logistics, and Lab entrance and integration testing agreements. Monitor and administer business provisions of customer and vendor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Lead and/or participate in RFP responses, working with Supply Chain, Sales, Support and Business teams. Manage change control and procurement teams. Identify new program opportunities within Telecommunications customer base and champion opportunities with senior executives. Work with sales team to develop profit and loss statements and annual revenue targets by analyzing current market and customer trends. Drive project teams to execute to program profit and loss targets. Assist in developing annual financial performance plan across multiple customers and markets. Develop annual and rolling financial and product forecasts for Telecommunications System Integration programs.
