He is the Co-Leader of Thornton Tomasetti's Structural Engineering Practice. He has experience in designing and managing complex building projects including government agency facilities, embassies, hotels, offices, and residential buildings. High-profile projects include the United States Department of Transportation Headquarters in Washington, DC; the United States Embassy in London, UK; the Obama Presidential Center in Chicago, IL; the FBI Field Office Complex in Cincinnati, OH; and the Irish Arts Center in New York, NY. Scott is a member of various professional organizations, is a LEED Accredited Professional, and has a strong interest in embodied carbon, knowledge management, and digital design.
