Our Marketing Asset Portals (MAP) allow client's access to all their marketing assets - across their entire organization. These branded portals control their brand and assist in distribution of any kind of asset (versioned, print on demand, downloadable or inventoried) - whenever and wherever it is needed. Responsibilities include development of portal architecture, programming, management, troubleshooting and training.Warehouse manager responsible for all procedures and inventory associated with client portals.Design, program and manage Multi-Touch Marketing Solutions that include versioned direct mail, email and pURLs using FusionPro and Exact Target.

Developed/designed print and electronic media projects that included marketing materials (including emails) aimed at leading recipients to a personalized url (PURL) for data collection by the client.Developed and programmed print materials that could be versioned by the client via custom web portal.Project manager for customizable print items. Coordinated with Account Rep, CSR and client to understand expectations and project specs. Executed layout and programming. Print management lead in charge of estimates, proofing, prepress, vendors and quality control.

Co-developed online management portal (Streamline) for Coldwell Banker. System was so successful in first three months of operation in the Cincinnati market it expanded to the Columbus and Florida market (the largest in the country for Coldwell Banker). It is now deployed in Atlanta, Dallas, Washington, DC and Baltimore as well. – Coldwell Banker saves approximately 28% in printing costs each year using Streamline. – Accounting Department can create reports in minutes where it used to take days. – Inventory orders are in real time versus manual process of phone calls, faxes and emails.Developed and managed system to handle kitting of $1M in inventory for large insurance company. Each kit contained critical state specific and generic items.Developed warehouse management system for $500K worth of client inventory ordered and shipped daily. Managed warehouse personnel as well as performed fulfillment and shipping duties.

Web team leader of in-house staff and strategic partners for development of site architecture, design, programming, troubleshooting, quality assurance and periodic updates. Managed accounts for clients in medical, publishing, legal, business to business and retail professions. Member of Technology Group responsible for the direction of company in internet, e-commerce and e-business.

Managed creative and production support staff including hiring, training and reviews. Key point person linking account and creative department to ensure project completion and client satisfaction. Acted as account coordinator on special projects and overflow situations. Maintained 15-20 computer systems (Macintosh and PC), including purchasing, troubleshooting and staff training. Member of Executive Team in charge of strategic direction and long-term goals of company.
