Having served on the CustomerCare team as well as the Software Development team, my role brings a meticulous focus on maintaining the highest quality possible.Responsibilities include:- Reviewing feature requirements and building acceptance criteria (before design / implementation).- Review code as features are completed to identify weaknesses.- Test new features applying acceptance criteria.- Build and validate releases.

With a passion to help customers and a love for software and data, my role provides our growing team a critical bridge between our customer operations team and our planning & development team.Responsibilities include: - Participate in product planning and design - Software design and development - System administration - Isolating and fixing software bugs - Provide technical support as needed - Custom data imports / exports and other special requests

Product Engineering (86-87) -- customer IC design-in via evaluation modules and board level simulation.Logic / Fault Simulation (87-90) -- logic/fault simulation tools including integration into design framework.Circuit Simulation Development (91-94) -- designed socket interface to drive SPICE from other tools -- used for circuit characterization and modeling.Design Activity Statistics and Auto-Error Notification (95-97) -- designed software to track and report EDA tool usage and auto-error reporting via E-mail.Design-To-Manufacturing Systems (97-09) -- designed repository for reticle inspection data, infrastructure for reticle order generation (SEMI P10) driven by fab spec, automated data transfer, automated reticle payment in SAP triggered by receipt in fab, participated on SEMI P10 committee to support technology evolution.Overall: innovative use of skills (see Specialties) to leverage computer by automation and building low maintenance infrastructure.
