Working for a healthcare firm as part of a small IT team presented a nice challenge. In addition to help desk escalations, C level and above issues, and maintaining the daily disaster recovery tasks, my project work included:CRM Technical Lead - We designed a custom, iPad based CRM solution to replace an existing PC Tablet system. The system, based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and SQL 2008 had to integrate with our existing system using Insight Scribe. The system was made available on the Apple iPad device using TenDigits Mobile Access. Creativity was required to meet the demands of the sales force in a manner that allowed offline access to generate signed documents with relationships. Additionally, MDM was implemented and managed using an on premise Airwatch deployment.Google Apps transition - was part of the team that was beginning to pilot and transition to Google Apps for business. I was involved in a sub-project to un-archive our Symantec Enterprise Vault email and files. I was also involved in email migration to Google.Server Collocation - Dynasplint was in the process of outsourcing our server management to an Expedient Data Center in Baltimore. I was part of the process to document existing systems and applications for dependency and redundancy.

While working for Avanade, primary focus was on DoD clients and the CRM Solution TMT – Tasker Management Tracker. This highly customized version of CRM was built for the United States Air Force to manage Site wide tasks.

SA-TECH is a contract organization that works with the US Military on several contracts. SA-TECH was awarded a contract with the US Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to conduct Background Investigations. Mr. Jung’s duties expanded from those listed under the Network & Telecommunications Specialist II and Trainer, to managing staff of 1 Software Engineer, continuing the development of a custom in-house application that has saved the company thousands of dollars in man hours. He was responsible for Software, Server and Directional decisions for the entire corporation. He was a trusted Agent PKI Certified from VeriSign, responsible for requests for approval, revocation of certificates and creation of IT budgets.

While at SA-TECH Mr. Jung’s responsibilities as Network & Telecommunication Specialist II and Trainer included, but were not limited to: Support of Corporate Network and PCs including 6 remote sites on WAN, with roughly 100 total PC users. Desktop OS includes Windows 2000 and Windows XP. Support of offsite client with 45 workstations and 2 servers. Support of Windows 2000 Servers and Windows 2003 Server including Terminal Services in a client-server setup.  Primary Microsoft Exchange 2000 server support in 2 locations. Network management to include Sonicwall and Cisco Pix firewall configuration and management, switches, cabling, network printer setup Developed Disaster Recovery and offsite backup strategies. Managed corporate anti-virus, anti-spam, and anti-spyware programs. Managed extensive laptop pool with emphasis on re-imaging systems as well as inventory management. Web Development in Perl, ASP and PHP as well as HTML Implemented Document Imaging system MySQL database query and adjustment As a trainer, I developed and delivered training on legacy systems as well as current OS and Apps in a Windows Environment. Telephone and Voicemail management on Panasonic equipment, to include wiring

Byte Right Support’s clients are mainly small firms and home offices. Many of the clients were small to mid-size law offices that had unique organizational challenges. Byte Right provides network and PC support, and specialized in document management. While at Byte Right my tasks included, but were not limited to: Support of Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 2000 and Windows XP desktops, both hardware and software support.  Support Windows NT, Windows 2000 Server and Windows 2003 Server in various network configurations to include client-server as well as peer-to-peer. Some of the specific systems include document management software implementation as well as network file backup. Lead Exchange technician. Basic printer maintenance and coordination of printer contract efforts.
