• Trained 36 battalion battle staffs to the highest proficiency level using academic and simulation driven constructive forums integrating the effects of the Staff Training Program and the Army Battle Command Systems.
• Managed operational support accounts in excess of $9 million and more than $4 million in real property including an enclave fiber optic network accredited at the Secret Level
• Developed a facility master plan to optimize current assets and focus capital investment for the next 10 years

Baghdad, Iraq

• Principle advisor to Commander, Multi-National Corps- Iraq (MNCI) for National Guard issues within Iraq and Kuwait. Assisted MNCI staff principles, and subordinate commands on planning, mobilizing, demobilizing.
• Served as the command advocate for National Guard units when they comprised 50% (68,000) of US Forces in Iraq
• Managed 56 Distinguished Visitor visits to Iraq

Fort Bragg NC

• Proponent for identification and integration of Reserve Component participation in all Corps missions. Responsible to develop and leverage inter-component operability as the primary Guard planner in the Corps Battle.
• Oversaw and provided subject matter expertise for the WARTRACE and Mentorship programs
• Corps mobilization expert and coordinated the activities of liaison officers located with each of the Corps four divisions
• Managed the G3 Budget including acquisition of a $14 million replacement command post, and managed $1.1 million worth of military manpower, while providing information security oversight of four foreign liaison.

Fort Bragg, NC

• Managed and coordinated collective training across the Corps, including four divisions, an Armored Cavalry Regiment, and 16 Separate Brigades and support commands (20% of the Army). Served as the Corps Chief of.
• Scheduled, protected and synchronized 16 semi-annual Training Management briefs, integrating key elements for formal presentation to the Corps Commander
• Scheduled, organized, coordinated and executed two Corps-wide G3/S3 conferences. Ensured necessary coordination to support monthly Corps Combat Training Center Rotations were completed in a timely manner
