As the head of daily operations, and being the first point of contact with all customers I am responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs and converting to sales. From creating event concepts and timelines, to securing vendors, setup/breakdown and event coordination, this position requires a strong attention to detail and ability multi-task.

In this Sales/Operations role I was responsible for purchasing inventory, e-commerce management, building a strong customer base, and well as fostering business to business relationships and sales.

• Drive sales by building long lasting relationships, recognizing/capitalizing on areas of opportunities • Implementation of company standards in recruiting, hiring, and training of all new employees • Building capability in others through ongoing teaching, coaching, and motivation • Generate schedules that achieve optimal business efficiency, and maintain hourly budget • Execution of daily store operations: bank deposits/reconciliations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, theft deterrence, and minimize shrink • Organize and participate in store audits (including other Foot Locker, Inc. affiliates) • Create visual merchandising • Actively engage in customer relations/product sales to maximize profit goals
