-Schedule, build, and edit daily content logs & playlists for music channels.-Lead broadcast operations by creating & ingesting content, creating mix points and display text, placing shows & assets in content logs, conducting quality control, collaborating with on-air talent, troubleshooting technical issues, producing live broadcasts in-studio and in the field, and uploading content to on-demand systems. -Manage and execute production pipeline for recurring and specialty radio shows from development and recording through post-production and on-air placement. Conduct research, book guests, record and audio, create playlists, time out show lengths, mix for air, and upload to SXM’s on-demand content system and broadcast logs.-Set project scopes, timelines, performance metrics, expectations, and goals with internal and external teams. Assign project tasks to team members and manage work distribution, deadlines and expectations.-Manage music copyright, publishing, licensing and royalties metadata at point of music file ingestion. Research, correct, and backfill royalties and licensing information for existing assets.-Create & submit cue sheets for 3rd Party shows & playlists on the platform. Coordinate with royalties payout teams to meet filing deadlines.-Write copy for interstitial and promotional production pieces, work with imaging producers to shape channel identity and sound-Collaborate and manage relationships with external corporate partners, record labels, and music management teams to launch & run branded channels and shows, premiere new music and promote live events.-Build new permanent and limited-run music channels-Use audience research to tailor channel databases, drive content creation, and plan specialty show scheduling-Refine channel databases by standardizing data points, using listener research, assigning music metadata, and conducting song rotation audits
