CurrentCurrently, I am associated with Callington India P Ltd. as a Regional Manager – Industrial Sales and Business Development, where I am responsible for leading the entire Tamilnadu & Hyderabad for the sale of Metal Working Fluid and the other portfolio products with us, I have comprehensive exposure to implementing new sales strategies and marketing approaches to ensure the successful launch of corporate realignment strategies and business development models targeting vertical and cross-industry markets. Moreover, I have experience in building relationships with prospects and existing customers and also supporting the Sales Team with customer-facing technical sales assistance. In my career spanning about 20 years in the industry, I have worked with major Japanese customers, and industry majors who have offered me prospects to become accustomed to new environments and enabled me to develop my leadership skills. Working with these industry front runners has given me great exposure to explore my true potential and an unparalleled learning experience.On the work front, I have created an environment that encourages a collaborative workplace to enhance workforce competence and strong team management abilities, essential to persuade and empower different teams for the day-to-day management of key accounts and business development projects through constant support.
