In this role, I played the part of Analyst and Product Owner. I supported an MDM system with mastered product data with many downstream subscribers. As an active liaison with our business partners and customers, I helped drive solutions to the day-to-day issues to increase productivity and alleviate pain points. Along with partnering with Program Managers across our organization, we created and adhered to project timelines that are a part of larger scale corporate initiatives such as productivity gains, designing and training on newly developed UIs, and assisting with all types of UI testing efforts.- Writing business requirements.- Writing detail-level user stories.- Assisting with daily, weekly, monthly SCRUM tasks.- Deployment support.- Setting-up & running meetings and/or discussions to break work into Sprints.- JIRA and Confluence management.- Assisting with program-wide process updates and documentation.- Partnering with QA resources to create, review, and run test cases (as-needed).- Working closely with dev leads and Program Managers to build timelines for projects and document them.- Writing business process documentation (including click-by-click training material, screenshots, tutorials, tips, error handling, etc.)- Production support for end user issue management.- Assisting dev lead and engineering manager in creating/maintaining timelines for projects.- Balancing current and future work from a program-wide backlog.- Updating the book of work for the program (as-needed).- Scheduling, leading, and documenting user acceptance testing with end users and leadership.- Maintaining knowledge base articles on "how-to's" and error handling within the program for all delivered features.
