Drafted and coordinated production of $2.45 million Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire a planning consultant for statewide $688 million Broadband, Equity, Access, and Deployment Program and Digital Equity Program.Coordinated production of $350,000 RFP to hire an application support consultant for statewide $157 million Broadband Deployment Program. Successfully administered three grant contracts with a collective award amount of $400,000 for the statewide Broadband Technical Assistance Program, which funded public and private partnership efforts to plan for future broadband deployment in unserved Oregon communities.Produced four informational “one-pagers” that were published on the Oregon Broadband Office’s website and distributed to more than 60 total elected officials, public officials, and community members. Completed Business Oregon’s initial analysis of survey data gathered for the Infrastructure and Community Facilities Inventory, which was Business Oregon’s first statewide inventory of short and long-term capital construction needs in communities and port districts in Oregon.Analyzed survey results from approximately 162 Oregon jurisdictions that submitted 639 infrastructure projects for a total statewide project need of $3.2 billion.Synthesized all survey results to establish findings.
