Drafted and coordinated production of $2.45 million Request for Proposals (RFP) to hire a planning consultant for statewide $688 million Broadband, Equity, Access, and Deployment Program and Digital Equity Program.Coordinated production of $350,000 RFP to hire an application support consultant for statewide $157 million Broadband Deployment Program. Completed Business Oregon’s initial analysis of survey data gathered for the Infrastructure and Community Facilities Inventory, which was Business Oregon’s first statewide inventory of short and long-term capital construction needs in communities and port districts in Oregon.Analyzed survey results from approximately 162 Oregon jurisdictions that submitted 639 infrastructure projects for a total statewide project need of $3.2 billion.Synthesized all survey results to establish findings.
