Current- Provide professional leadership and oversight for all city departments, including Police, Finance, Economic Development, Public Works, Arts Center, and Community Development.- Facilitate the implementation of City Council's strategic vision, policies, and initiatives to ensure effective municipal operations and sustainable growth.- Spearheaded the design, construction and start-up of the $22 million Lone Tree Arts Center, a premier cultural destination in Colorado.- Collaborated with Regional Transportation District and stakeholders to facilitate the funding and construction of the Southeast Light Rail Extension in Lone Tree.- Conducted successful negotiations for the expansion, retention, and relocation of major employers, including Kaiser Permanente, Charles Schwab, HealthONE, and Cabela's.- Steered the city through the financial adversities posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, implementing prudent budgeting strategies, reserve management, and expenditure controls to preserve fiscal stability. This financial leadership and foresight earned the City of Lone Tree an AA+ bond rating from S&P Global Ratings, which commended the city's fiscal soundness and management
