"I can't thank you enough for your thoughtful planning and taking all of our requests and desires into consideration. The event really was the best way to cap off a stellar year." I sat at my desk to open a card from my office mailbox and read these words written by an event participant a week after its conclusion. With time to decompress and reflect on all of the pieces of the production, I could tell that the painstaking research, attention to detail, and planning had truly been worth it. Navigating last minute travel cancellations and rebooking, comparing and negotiating with vendors, maneuvering around red tape -- a success. Crafting this multi-day experience was a journey with a thousand steps and obstacles. Witnessing every bit of the nuance come together and seeing participants' eyes light up with the reveal of each piece was especially gratifying, proving to me that this is my passion and my calling. This is why I am in search of the next experience in my career. I strive to be in a position where I can derive this type of joy and amazement for others and see the fruits of my team's labor live out in front of our eyes. I operate best with the structure of a team but need the space for creativity, trust, and autonomy to produce premiere results. Innovative planning and strategizing energize me and I thrive in fast-paced environments where I can employ multifaceted expertise. I expect and look forward to the journey of hard work and fulfillment because, just like the experience of designing and executing a multi-day event in New York, it will all be worth it. A position in Experiential Marketing Leadership will be an exhilarating challenge and experience that I will meet head-on.When I am not crafting marketing events, I enjoy trying new dishes but only loosely following the recipes, relishing in my dog's perfect snuggling skills, planning my next travel adventure (read: researching the best options for lodgings, saving tons of restaurants and sights on Google Maps, etc.), and volunteering for causes close to my heart.
