Since, the time I joined I have streamlined a lot of operations and introduced industry best practices for enhanced efficiencies such as due diligence, online TDS system, introduction of digital signatures for form 16 and constitution of helpdesk for Payroll queries.As an endeavor towards simplifying and making the processes more efficient, I introduced mass emails to associates with rejection remarks which significantly reduced the influx of queries on Payroll reimbursements. Also, led the efforts towards facilitating transfer of PF funds of 155 associates from RPFC to PF trust which was pending since 2008. Successfully lead the Global Payroll transformation project for seven countries across Asia pacific and went live for all countries by implementing a single global payroll partner for countries, streamlining systems and process across globe without any disturbance to the associates. In my roles at Coca-Cola, I initiated due diligence procedures, led a global payroll transformation project, established online payroll payment systems, and created a dedicated help desk for employee queries. I introduced mock IT computation to prevent surprises in tax withholding and resolved long-standing issues related to PF funds and exemptions.
