During my time as the team's sole front end developer, I have been in charge of many UI/UX centric projects. Primarily, I have been managing the customer facing website, which has included updating images, redesigning the support and contact us pages, and managing the government site. I have also been central in the UI/UX overhaul of several applications, including one project that involved the restructuring and introducing new functionality to the entire application. This new functionality included search functionality, graphing, and map filtering.

Over the course of a four month contract, I worked with a team that was responsible for the asset management and publishing system. During my time with this team, I refactored old Vue components, added additional functionality to existing components, created a few minor components, and learned about how to utilize unit tests by revisiting existing unit tests and creating new unit tests.

For 4+ years, I worked on and off as a member of DevShop.info's web development team. I contributed to several projects, which utilized HTML5, front end and back end JavaScript, and CSS/SASS on both Windows and Linux systems. During my time with the team, I became familiar Node.js and NPM scripts, Bootstrap, JQuery, and Express, as these were core for many of the projects that I worked in. Even though many projects have software that is common among many of today's products, there are other plugins and apps that are used to make some of these sites functionally unique. I have helped create and update two WordPress sites, which utilized CSS that was written by us, along with some that was auto-generated. Another project utilized MySQL Workbench as our database, D3.js for dynamic graphing, and the Nunjucks templating engine to create HTML templates.
