I am currently supporting the FiServ DNA platform for the internal support of our Member's data as a Systems Engineer and finding ways to improve our internal processes & deployments. I previously supported the RPA Team as a Systems Engineer on deploying Robotic Process Automation leveraging UiPath Cloud offerings on localized Virtual Machines hosted on VMWare vCenter in a privately hosted environment, working towards scale. Manage the VMs, the UiPath Orchestrator sessions, and other aspects of unattended robot creation and management including development code reviews, project planning, and design. I was providing support for builds, deployments, and leveraging various cloud-based resources. This includes cross-collaboration efforts with various departments.Before RPA I previously provided support for builds, deployments, and leveraging cloud-based resources for BECU's main website and member origination platforms. Operational tasks include deploying the latest code to multiple front ends in a non-outage manner. Supporting teams with Azure DevOps and Azure Cloud resources with PowerShell scripts and automation. Helped continue to build out team to 20 as we neared 10 Exabytes in storage.
