Prior Surface Warfare Officer at US Navy, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from The Citadel. I have over eight years of experience in the Navy with a strong attention to detail and leadership skills.As a Surface Warfare Officer, I have served as an Auxiliaries Officer, First Lieutenant, and Navigation Officer onboard different ships, managing the operation and maintenance of various systems and equipment, as well as the training and supervision of personnel. I have also been an Instructor at the Mariner Skills Training Center Atlantic, where I have taught basic and advanced courses to new and experienced officers, covering topics such as seamanship, navigation, shiphandling, and warfare tactics. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and experience with others, and I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams. I am motivated by the challenge and responsibility of ensuring the safety and readiness of the ship and its crew, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies. I believe that I can bring a valuable perspective and contribution to any organization that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
