As a professional purchasing executive, I have over 20 years’ experience in high volume manufacturing environments. These Industries include: Electronic / Pharmaceutical / Industrial / Repair / Mining / Aerospace & Aviation. During that time, I was responsible for successfully implementing and managing a tailor made ERP system. I was also a team member of a management team which successfully negotiated $10m+ contract with major strategic customer. Most recently, I worked as an Office Manager. My responsibilities included managing the company’s office services by organising the office operation and procedures, controlling correspondence, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, assigning and monitoring clerical functions. I also managed the company’s Health and Safety process, and was responsible for updating and maintaining the Quality system. In this position, I demonstrated the ability to multitask, be organised and structured in achieving tasks and objectives. I communicated effectively with all departments, both internally and externally.
