Internal Communications: Lead and execute employee engagement activities, fostering a strong company culture through Townhall meeting, DE&I initiatives, and labor union events.Social Media: Feed engaging content into internal channels (WeCom, Newsletter, Intranet, Pushmail), achieving an increase of 10% active users and a 35% organic open rate, and continuously analyze and adapt the social media strategy to ensure growth.Campaign Management: Manage global projects in local, crafting communication plans that align with organizational objectives and drive audience engagement and ROI.Corporate Communication: Translate and draft key communications, particularly those from the CEO, to reinforce Sodexo values and maintain a consistent brand voice across all corporate collateral to strengthen brand positive image.

Media Relations: Support to maintain relationship with business media to drive proactive storytelling including involved in media workshop and soliciting interview scripts. Branding: Contribute to enhancing AstraZeneca’s brand image by brainstorming corporate video and support the execution of cobranding events in partnership with hospitals.

Governmental Affairs: Work closely with Swiss organizations and government entities to foster global partnerships and advance diplomatic initiatives. Exposition Support: Support CIIE event and enhance Swiss brands exposure, while fostering relationships with international stakeholders to promote trade and economic cooperation.Market Research & Analysis: Conduct detailed desk research and adopt analytical tool to draft comprehensive reports, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
