Responsible for all vendor escalations within the Americas Hi-Cap division of GTT. As part of this role I am in charge of:-Training of SDC teams on vendor portal processes through self created job aids and training calls for employees both in the US and overseas- Daily, weekly and monthly escalations calls with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of ordered services, issue resolution and proper visibility to the GTT account.- Conduct and participate in quarterly business reviews with vendors- End of Month tracker for at Risk revenue and identify and action on orders available for pull in- Project tracker and updates on highly visible client orders to ensure orders and installed correctly and quickly for our Premier clients.In addition to the above I am considered the provisioning SME for our organization and I am often called upon to resolve questions, concerns and design issues as they arrise.

Since August of 2016 the Provisioning manager role at GTT has evolved. My team began with 4 US provisioners installing both Broadband and HiCap services. By the end of 2016 I stood up our newest office in Pune India by interviewing, hiring , training and integrating a total of 7 new employees into our existing team. Our team collectively had an order log on anywhere from 1200 to 1800 orders at any given time. In 2018 our team was split as the company grew and I was placed over HiCap provisioning only. This team began with 2 Provisioners and has currently grown to 9 as well as another new office in Bulgaria that I am assisting with integrating and training on GTT processes and procedures.Through all of these transitions my focus has always been on ensuring our end users received the services ordered as soon as possible. To accomplish this I created order tracking and managing reports to track tasks being completed and time it was taking to complete by the team and by our vendors. I also created a Provisioning process and established team SLAs to help set expectations with fellow GTT team members. Building trusting relationships internally and externally has also been key. I did this by holding calls and quarterly business reviews with vendors, meeting with PM teams, and holding weekly calls with team members adn assisting anyone with questions, concerns or escalations as they arose.

Assisted in creation of process for this Regional TNO Capacity Management Team role and assisted the MTNO team with their process and training as the new group was developed.

Manage Capacity for Mobility network for the South TX region. This includes placing tickets in CTS for FAEs to order new ckts (DS3 to OC192), HUB and Ring Capacity, track orders to completion and escalate as necessary.
