We help companies reduce costs and increase productivity through people. We match exceptional,college-educated professionals seeking part-time, full-time flexible, or project based work with local companies who want to capitalize on the value of this largely untapped talent pool.FlexProfessionals taps into a network of educated, professionals (i.e. moms, stay-at-home Dads, caregivers, retirees) who seek part-time, full-time flexible or project based work. We find our candidates through non-traditional channels including a strong community-based network and a high-touch recruiting process through which we interview and screen each one to make sure they are the right fit for a job. Many of our candidates are not going through the traditional employment channels like job boards or temp agencies so it is unlikely you will find them anywhere else.
