Oversees all aspects of grantmaking, technology and office management for Maddie’s Fund. Responsible for the successful execution of $10M - $20M in grants annually. Works with the Executive Leadership Team and senior management to develop grant opportunities and encourage grant proposals that advance the Foundation’s Strategic Goals and Mission. Responsible for the systems and practices that support our internal and external programs, including operations at our Pleasanton, CA headquarters and remote environments. Animal Grantmakers is an affinity group of foundations and organizations making grants to benefit animals. This diverse group of philanthropists works locally, regionally, nationally and internationally on issues involving companion animals, captive and free-ranging wildlife, farmed animals and animals used in research, among others. I served as Vice President in 2017, Secretary in 2018, President in 2019 and Treasurer in 2021.

Shelter Animals Count is a collaborative initiative formed by a diverse group of stakeholders to create and share the national database of sheltered animal statistics, providing facts, and enabling insights that will save animal lives. In addition to serving on the Board, I was involved in the creation of this organization and served as Program Chair for 5.5 years, when the responsibility shifted to staff.

Responsible for ensuring the quality and on-time delivery of PeopleTools maintenance and enterprise releases. • Worked with PeopleSoft Development Managers and Directors to determine readiness of product, testing needs and created testing policies and procedures.• Compiled bi-weekly report consisting of Production Release Development test coverage metrics and analysis for management to better gauge test coverage and readiness for release of the product.• Established Production Release Development Quality group to ensure quality maintenance releases.• Managed, mentored and motivated 14 employees.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of PeopleSoft’s Query, Tree Manager, nVision and Crystal Report Writer. • Performed manual exploratory testing as well as verified incidents and customer patches.• Developed, maintained, upgraded and expanded automated test scripts for three PeopleTools releases.

Responsible for the maintenance and customization of PeopleSoft’s internal education services database. • Implemented and maintained on-line evaluation system, including evaluation of business needs, on-going development and enhancements.• Implemented and maintained Campus Connection, web application for PeopleSoft’s enrollments.• Developed and maintained Query and Crystal reports used by 700 people in various departments.

Responsible for the creation and maintenance of training participation guides for Query and Crystal products. • Worked with development staff to prioritize incidents and improve overall usability of PeopleSoft products.• Trained instructors on new features for each release, keeping them constantly informed of changes and problems with the products and immediately responding to questions and/or problems.• Updated Query and Crystal Training Participation Guides and Instructor Guides for three releases.• Converted Query and Crystal courses from a four-day and a two-day course to four, one-day classes.

Responsible for the overall operation of PeopleSoft’s education administration.• Implemented automated information and enrollment lines for customers, partners and employees.• Developed Query and Crystal reports for internal and external customers.• Prepared monthly billing reports and worked to resolve customers’ billing issues. • Managed eight Support Specialists.

Responsible for supporting customers, partners and employees in their training needs.• Implemented Training Administrator program for customers and partners of PeopleSoft.• Assisted in creation and implementation of PeopleSoft’s internal education services database, including planning, testing and report creation.• Worked with customers, partners and employees to schedule product training.
