Working with individuals, couples, and families in a private, therapeutic counseling setting. I work with adolescent and adult age groups and specialize in complex trauma, PTSD, grief work, depression and anxiety issues, body image issues, ADHD, anger management, Internal Family Systems, and both childhood and adult trauma issues. I hold licensure in both Texas and North Carolina. I am a Certified EMDR therapist and a Certified First Responder Counselor. I have a tremendous passion for working with First Responders and military personnel. I am also a board approved LPC Supervisor for the state of Texas and an EMDRIA Approved Consultant for EMDR trained therapists seeking certification. I provide a secure and supportive environment to gain spiritual and personal growth, free of judgment or criticism.
