CurrentResponsibilities:• Screening resumes and filtering them according to client’s requirement. • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.• Administering appropriate company assessments.• Following up on the interview process status • Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.• Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.• Sourcing from E-mail merges and by making job postings on the Job Portal.• Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.• Responsible to work on Fulltime, W2, Contract & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.• Responsible for Coordinating fulfillment of other formalities such as background check etc. leading to joining post placement.• Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.• Compiled all Salary analysis and recommendations to hiring managers.• Managed the process of selection and placement of qualified candidates.• Implemented and utilized cost-effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates.• Ability to undertake a high volume of candidates and achieve high acceptance and joining rate• Sourced candidates via Monster, Job-Diva, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, buddy referrals, LinkedIn, Internal Job Boards.• Must be having capability to work with a team or individually. • Be a part of the team with Accelerated Hire Motto.• Maintain close contact with candidates/Vendors/ recruiters/offshore.• Publish progress report to management every week.• Updated about technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of current IT trends.
