I am a 𝗽𝘀𝘆𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗻𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗿 with almost 10 years in general medical experience and four years in psychiatric experience. I am transitioning to my own 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 after working at Rogers Behavioral Health adult PHP/IOP level of care.I am a practitioner that focuses on whole health wellness and lifestyle medicine. I believe the mind and the body need to be addressed 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 when caring for mental health. I believe in 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗱𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗽 between the brain and the body.I strive to provide the support one might need to achieve and develop themselves where they can build emotional connections, effective coping skills and maintain a healthy and positive quality of life. It is my goal to deliver a safe place where one can care for themselves with collaboration and partnership in order to achieve stability. I have a unique combination of experience in the fields of nursing, chronic pain, psychiatry, neurology and orthopedic with clinical experience across a wide variety of settings. In addition to medication management and diagnostic evaluation, I am well versed in various psychotherapeutic treatment modalities. My greatest passion lies in working with individuals who struggle with mood, anxiety and OCD psychiatric disorders, I also enjoy working with individuals with a variety of mental health conditions, including, eating disorders, trauma, sleep disorders, psychosis and personality disorders. Simcha is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association, ANCC, a Medical Surgical Certified Nurse and End of Life Education Specialist.
