Yitro Leadership Fellowship Graduate (2019) - Foundation for Jewish Camp Staff Recruitment & Hiring: Develop and implement a seasonal staff recruitment plan with Camp Director. Work closely with Camp Director on all facets of camp including strategic planning. Conduct all staff interviews and work in conjunction with professional staff to build the summer team. Staff Development: Plan and manage staff development opportunities (Staff Orientation Week, on-going summer trainings, year-round educational opportunities, etc). Work closely with Director of Jewish Education and the Camp Care Team to create robust trainings. Supervision of Staff-In-Training Program: Develop training curriculum and programmatic elements of the newly expanded SIT program. Directly manage application process including monthly trainings and weekend retreat. Directly supervise SIT Directors throughout the summer. Camper Recruitment: Take ownership of assigned recruitment territories by attending community events and building relationships with potential families, clergy, educators, and community leaders. Program Development: Work closely with the Program team to evaluate the Herzl Camp summer offerings, make recommendations, and schedule and implement meaningful summer programming. Supervise Operations and Program Assistant responsible for billings, accounts receivable, summer logistics including scheduling, activities and specialty areas.

A 1-year Overseas Volunteer Program - Worked at community centers, kid's clubs for youth at risk, elderly daycares and high schools in Kiryat Gat and Be’er Sheva- Assisted teaching computers in Hebrew to new immigrants in Kiryat Gat - Interned with Young Judea Summer Programs organizing the logisitics of their summer teen and birthright trips- Interned with Zionist Seminars and their Shlichim (emissaries) with my work focusing on the program development of their educational programs they used with youth in the Diaspora (outside of Israel).
