I advise on sales and acquisitions, joint venturing, project development and other commercial arrangements across the energy value chain, in both developed and emerging markets. In the renewables sector, I have advised on wind, solar, hydrogen, green ammonia and CCUS projects and have a particular interest in the development of hydrogen and CCS policy and strategy to enable low carbon hydrogen production and the resulting decarbonisation of power, heat and transport.In the oil & gas sector I have advised on upstream production, storage and transportation arrangements, LNG, refining, and product sales and trading.I have written numerous published articles on legal issues in the energy sector and have appeared as a speaker at industry conferences and events.
