Responsible for design, creation and implementation of Threes Employee Engagement strategy. Working closely to guide SMT, Leadership Teams, SMEs and internal communications on understanding our employees and support in unlocking their potential. Providing purposeful research, insight and analysis by managing external partners and internal teams to help shape our employee experience at Three. I also hold full responsibility for designing the company-wide recognition programme, roll out of our engagement measurement and turning the employee voice into actionable insight

This includes the Contact Centre in Mumbai and Pune, Glasgow, Social Media, Online, Customer Relations Team and UK retail stores. Working alongside Directors and Department Heads to deliver the people vision and improve engagement in a variety of formats across a multitude of disciplines over all channels.In 2015, the role has expanded to incorporate the responsibility of a number of Employee Engagement activities company-wide, which include the Annual Employee Survey, Pulse Survey, Appreciative Inquiry sessions and overall Branding of Employee Engagement at Three
