Supporting Project Managers in a construction and refurbishment environment. Assisting in the tendering process including site visits and minute taking. Managing contracts including scoping, compiling quotes and agreements, negotiating and documentation of any variations. Financial management including budget controls, invoicing and reporting.

Responsibilities: Drafting proposals for multiple projects; In-house cost estimation including the drafting of quotes; Planning and evaluation of short-term work required in line with client instruction; Allocation of sub-contractors to specific work-sites in line with key responsibilities and capabilities; Manage communication and relationships with clients and stakeholders; Training of workplace health and safety requirements for staff.
