Hawker House, Canada Water

Responsible for running a large converted warehouse and outdoor space consisting of 12 individual street food vendors, 6 bars, managing a team of 25 staff during service house, with c.1500 guests often attending each night. Managed several corporate events, including Facebook and Oliver Bonas company parties.

Concrete, Shoreditch

Negotiated and booked all private and public events, including £320,000 of Christmas party sales for the likes of RBS, Uber and The Every Man Group. Created bespoke budget plans to ensure costs remained within the clients pre-determined budget.

Pizza East, Shoreditch

Responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing the popular 270 cover restaurant, cocktail bar and antipasti deli as well as a 300 person capacity night club. During this time, I was also appointed as Events Manager for Concrete nightclub, performing in both roles simultaneously.

Progressed from a Waiter, to Floor Manager, to eventually being responsible for all operations as Restaurant Manager for the original Soho House Chicken Shop.
